Policies 

Here you will find my policies that keep my business operating and running smoothly. I greatly appreciate your cooperation and understanding following these policies.

Cancelation Policy

I ask that you give 48 hours notice for any cancelation. If canceled within the 48 hour time line a charge of 50% of your service will be charged. 

Service Policy

If you have any issues with a service you received, a one week window to reach out will be allowed, and a two week window for color. I want you to be happy so if you have a problem please reach out. 

Return Policy

Due to contamination issues I cannot accept any returns on product. If the product packaging is defective I will replace it for you.
